Oscar Perez of College of the Sequoias earned All-America honors as he clocked 20:48.5 to place eighth in the men's 4-mile race at the California Community College Athletic Association state championship meet at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif. Perez helped Sequoias place sixth overall with 232 points.
