College of the Sequoias CA sophomore Ismael Ramirez placed fifth in the men's 8-kilometer race in 24:28.7 at the Cal State San Bernardino Invitational Coyote Challenge at the Cal State San Bernardino course. Ramirez was the top two-year college athlete in the race and helped Sequoias place third overall with 111 points.
